The Outdoor Education Innovation Hub (OEIH) is committed to supporting the recovery, transformation, and sustainability of the outdoor education sector through industry-led and future-focused education, training and research. The OEIH is a partnership of sector employers, and Training organisations, both Higher Education and VET. The OEIH seeks to promote the rich and diverse lasting career opportunities, professional development framework, micro-credentials, structures, and education pathways in the outdoor education industry. This session aims to provide a general overview of: About the OEIH, Block 1 Training results, Block 2 and 3 training opportunities, upcoming initiatives/training in Higher Education, including Cultural awareness, mental health, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion training.
