Small businesses in the visitor economy: The Victorian Government needs your help by completing their online survey.

The Victorian Government wants to cut red tape for small businesses to reduce regulatory burdens for small businesses in the visitor economy.

The survey is an opportunity for businesses to explain their experiences with regulation and to identify the regulatory issues of most concern to small businesses in Victoria’s visitor economy.

The survey takes no more than 20 minutes to complete and includes the chance to win an Apple iPad 128GB and a Square Contactless Chip Reader with charging dock.

Responses from the survey will inform reforms that will reduce the costs of regulation on small businesses and free up their time.

  • Small accommodation providers
  • Barriers to establishing innovative new ventures

The team will be visiting regional Victoria to hear about businesses’ experience with regulation. If you are involved in these areas and have had issues with regulations we want to hear all about it. Tell your story by making a submission, filling out the survey, or talk to them in person.
