Studying the Diploma of Outdoor Leadership at Holmesglen

You’ll focus on developing the capabilities required to plan, organise and deliver outdoor adventure programs using a variety of outdoor activities for a wide range of clients. You’ll develop both camp and expedition management skills including group leadership, program coordination and risk management skills allowing you to lead and manage others safely.

The course is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts who are experienced in outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, canoeing, white water rafting and challenge high rope courses. As part of the course, students are required to complete a number of vocational simulated practical experiences in the outdoor recreation/adventure tourism industry.
