Organisational Resilience Workshop

This professional development workshop is targeted to meet the needs of outdoors business owners and managers, school leaders and business managers, and those with budget and/or organisational responsibility of medium to large outdoor programs. The workshop will cover:

• Financial management for disaster resilience: access to capital, cashflow, government support programs, grants and philanthropy, and terms of business
• Insurance: product options, market pricing, market failure, and claims management
• Organisational culture and structure: leading and managing through crisis and uncertainty
• Planning, processes and risk management for disaster preparation and mitigation

The workshop format aims to be an open, collaborative forum for sharing expertise, ideas and challenges that are common to the outdoors sector.
