“Know Thyself + Enabling Others to Thrive: A participatory workshop for regenerating and sustaining leaders and their teams.
Inspired by Kolb’s experiential learning theory and the facilitation model of the 3Rs – Resilience, Reflection, and Relationship (Gray & Pigott, 2018), this hands-on workshop offers a blend of individual and collaborative tasks. Participants engage in professional reflection to enhance their leadership skills and foster resilient team dynamics.
Utilising natural artefacts and provocations, attendees delve into their inner knowing, integrate it with their expertise, and apply newfound insights to their professional contexts. By exploring protective factors against workplace stress and burnout, and practicing skills conducive to autonomous and innovative team cultures, participants equip themselves to navigate complexity effectively.
The workshop explores horizontal leadership frameworks, positive psychology principles, and cognitive behavioral strategies for change. It fosters a shared language of wellbeing among teams, and strengthens relational rapport, resulting in heightened efficacy and organisational trust.
Accompanied by a research paper grounded in current findings, participants receive a comprehensive guidebook empowering them to lead their teams through a similar transformative workshop. Join us in this immersive journey towards self-awareness and collective empowerment.
