Note 1: The preferred and automatic payment method for exhibitor registration is online via credit/debit card at the time of registration, ensuring immediate confirmation of your booth. If you still require an offline option, there’s an option during check-out where you can select manual invoicing. Keep in mind that your spot won’t be reserved until payment is received, so paying by card is the best way to secure your desired location instantly.
Note 2: As many of you will be attending your stalls during the event, we’re allocating exhibitors to the Overflow auditorium for the Opening, Keynotes, and Brian Nettleton Lecture. However, if there’s a specific session where you’d prefer to be in the main auditorium, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
