The Outdoors Victoria (OV) Conference is a major annual event that has provided professional learning opportunities for outdoor educators and teachers from pre-school right through to tertiary level. This year we’re also including a dedicated industry content stream for camp operators and outdoor adventure activity providers, a mental health and wellbeing stream and a nature and environment focussed stream.

Presenter Information


  • Presenters will receive a free pass to the whole 2- day conference, including all catering & cocktail hour on Thursday night
  • There are plenty of outdoor spaces around campus, including the areas around Lilydale lake for sessions to be held- we’re looking into possibilities here so stay tuned.
  • Please consider having a backup person capable of delivering your workshop if you need to isolate, and are unable to facilitate.
  • Presenters must bring their own laptops and ensure they have a HDMI cable or adapter with them.
  • All electrical items coming onto the campus must be tested and tagged

  • We have regular 2 day tickets, or you can purchase a single day ticket for Thursday 26th or Friday 27th
  • All tickets include morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Thursday tickets also include ONE PLANET sponsored cocktail hour (1 drink & nibbles)
  • OV Affiliate members and their staff receive a 15% discount on all tickets
  • Students receive a 50% discount on all tickets (please have your student number ready at checkout)
  • We now have limited release tickets for people experiencing financial hardship

  • Everyone needs to register, even if you’re eligible for a complimentary ticket. This ensures we capture everyone’s contact details, and special requirements.
