Positive Start Journey Programs
Journey Development Programs (JDP)
JDP is a sister company of Kinglake Forest Adventures Camp that hosts our 120-bed residential camp. We host an array of school groups, community groups and corporate groups and facilitate programs that are rich in personal development, positive wellbeing, and traditional group activities. At JDP our philosophy is to be an extension of our clients’ values and aspirations in experiential learning settings. We have been a provider for many years in the space of wellbeing and personal development and programs in some amazing locations throughout Victoria.
Positive Start Program Style
Journey Development Programs provides fully resourced hike programs for beginners through to experienced students. Our facilitation crew are passionate about the awe-inspiring destinations they visit but more importantly they are passionate about the students’ individual journeys and development.
All JDP programs are underpinned by quality gear (One Planet), experienced crew, QTF Adventure Activity provider accreditation and Parks Vic Tour Operating Licences.
JDP programs offer students the opportunity to pursue development opportunities, search for the awe in every day and take the time to fully lay back in nature’s embrace. A hike is often much more than a hike, it’s a right of passage, a lifetime memory and often the start of a lifelong love for the outdoors.
At JDP we consider it a privilege to be able to provide this introduction to the outdoors to young people.
