The Outdoor Education Group are experts in taking learning beyond the classroom and inspiring the development of a range of skills and understandings, allowing your students to explore their potential and face life’s obstacles with confidence and strength.

We work with schools across the country to create an educational overlay and matrix across outdoor education programs. Our dynamic experiences will ensure your students receive the impact your school community needs without putting further time constraints on you.

OEG offers bespoke and tailored programs 3 – 5 days in length in the Eildon region. Our journeys enrich student learning and support students in developing universal capabilities which will serve them well for life – wherever it may take them.  Our Journeys venue features a small dining hall, toilets and showers.

In discussion with schools, we can provide Journey travel methods such as bushwalking/hiking, cycling, canoeing and rafting. Other outdoor activities during the program can include:

Our multi-day journeys in unforgettable environments are shaped to suit age, ability and the learning outcomes your school requires.

Taking place in the Eildon region, only 2 hours from Melbourne, our Journeys build on skills such as social cohesion, self-awareness and development, resilience, confidence, leadership, teamwork, collaboration, determination and environmental literacy.

The Outdoor Education Group’s journey programs are suitable for students in Years 7 – 10. The challenge level is on the lower end, with terrain including well-formed tracks.

Adjustments to challenge level can be made for more experienced groups.
