The 2024 VCE OES study design has introduced three new outcomes that are to be delivered through outdoor experiences. This session unpacks the introduction of an area of study 3 at units 1, 2 and 4 and provides practical ideas about the planning, teaching and assessment of these areas.
About the Presenters
Belinda has been teaching Outdoor & Environmental Studies for 13 years and is passionate about promoting teaching and learning in this area. She has been involved in writing many materials including textbooks, sample and practice exams, study guides and course outlines. Belinda is the VCAA Assistant Chief Assessor and has been a VCAA examination assessor for over 12 years and has also carried out consultancy work for the VCAA including as lead writer for the new current Study Design 2024.
